How to choose eye-liner permanent makeup pigments?
The choice of pigment shade depends on the permanent makeup you want to make, as well as the color of your client's eyes.
- Charcoal (TA13): is perfect for making an eyeliner. Its shade is black and has cold undertones. Thus, this pigment can be used regardless of the color of your client's eyes. To get a darker and more coaly black over the long term, you can mix it with EB28 pigments. To do this, add 50% of each product.
