Features and visuals are non-contractual. "Shampoo and care" products in technical formats are not supplied with pumps.

Article 4: Price, availability and delivery

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT of the country of delivery applied and other applicable taxes), excluding participation in shipping costs, processing costs of your order and gift wrapping costs. 5.2 In store:

The price of the products is payable in cash in full on the day of purchase in store by the Buyer, according to the following terms:

  • in cash, within the limit provided for by the regulations in force
  • by credit card

The buyer guarantees EURL Nails and Co that he has the necessary funds to pay for the product. The buyer also guarantees to EURL Nails and Co that he is fully entitled to use the payment method used for the payment of his purchase and in particular that he has at the time of validation of his purchase, the necessary authorizations to use this method of payment.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal only on distance sales

Article 7: Returns

For site purchases:

You have the right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order, provided for in Article 6 of these general conditions of sale to return the items to us without having to justify any reason. For in-store purchases you have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase and on presentation of the invoice to request an exchange or a credit. The fact that the buyer buys within the store implies his unreserved acceptance and full adherence to the general conditions of sale that are available at the reception point of the store or from the sales staff of the store, at the request of the buyer. As such, the buyer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale appearing on the invoice "to have or exchange within 15 days of products not used in their original packaging".   • you are exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the 24 months following the delivery of the goods, except for second-hand goods (6 months).

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted. In addition, you can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. We decline all responsibility in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery. Our responsibility cannot be retained in the event of a breach of our contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure as defined by the case law rendered by the French courts.
