Tips for use:
Apply the semi-permanent varnish of the color of your choice.
Apply a layer of Top Coat without catalyzing.
Choose your sweet effect powder,then sprinkled the nail with the un catalyzed Top Coat.
Once satisfied with the result, catalyze under UV or LED lamp twice as long as a Top Coat alone, so that the sweet effect powder can fit perfectly and the Top Coat is completely dry.
It's over! An irresistible sweet effect! You can apply a very thin layer of Top Coat and catalyze again, but we recommend you don't apply anything on the sweet effect powder for a sublime guaranteed effect!
