Application tips
1. Prepare the nail with a buffer to remove natural shine.
2. Apply Dehydrator then Bond Control PNB.
3. Apply a thin layer of Base Coat PNB, cure for 60 seconds.
4. Apply PNB Galaxy Night in 1 to 2 thin layers, cure each layer.
5. For a "galaxy" effect, apply it over a black base.
