Staubsauger ULKA Tornado

The ÜLKA Tornado subcategory features dust collectors designed for a “fixed workstation” requirement: a built-in unit made to integrate into the manicure table (cut-out + fixing), for a clearer surface, a smoother workflow and a more “premium” look. Tornado is positioned as a performance-driven model, built for efficient capture at the work point and long-term installation.

In professional nail work, dust is often underestimated: gel filing, buffing, removals and tip adjustments all produce fine particles that settle on the table, tools and clothing-and can remain airborne. To understand the key criteria (formats, useful power, noise, maintenance), see: Professional nail dust collector: complete guide 2026.

Why choose ÜLKA Tornado?

ÜLKA Tornado is made for professionals who want a truly integrated solution for a fixed salon setup. Built-in format frees table space, structures the workstation and helps limit dust dispersion around the filing point (with the right maintenance routine).

Who is it for? What kind of use?

Who: nail technicians, nail artists, salons and training centers with a fixed workstation and a modifiable table, looking for durable integration.

Use: technical services (gel, acrylic, polygel), intensive filing, adjustments, removals. Tornado fits a “pro station” approach: stable setup, clearer table, smoother hygiene workflow.

Where Tornado fits in the ÜLKA cluster

If your intent is “built-in”, Tornado belongs to the models made for table integration. Compare built-in options here: ÜLKA built-in dust collectors and Built-in nail dust collector: complete guide 2026.

If your table can’t be modified or you need more flexibility, choose: ÜLKA tabletop dust collectors (and the tabletop guide 2026).

Installation: what to check before cutting the table

A built-in unit requires a cut-out. Before installing ÜLKA Tornado, check:

• available surface on the tabletop (hand position + ergonomics),
• tabletop thickness and rigidity,
• access under the table (fixing + airflow),
• easy access for maintenance (grid, filter/consumables depending on setup).

Hygiene & maintenance: what keeps capture stable

Performance depends as much on maintenance as on the model. A saturated filter reduces capture and increases re-suspension. To keep suction stable:

• Daily: dust the grid / surface.
• Weekly: deeper cleaning + airflow check.
• Filtration: replace when saturated (based on workload).

For compatible parts and filters: ÜLKA consumables.
