Disposable, reusable gloves

Hygiene and disinfection: disposable and reusable gloves In general, gloves are part of our fashion accessories and sports equipment. They are used in the fields of health and hygiene as PPE (personal protective equipment). Gloves protect the hands from bacteria and infections.

Why wear hygienic gloves?

The hands are the main tools for transmitting microbes that can cause infections between people. In aesthetics, for example, we are called upon to use cutting tools and probably dangerous chemicals that can respond to infectious risks. It is for this reason that wearing hygienic gloves is advisable in order to prevent contact.

Since personal service professions involve a direct and permanent relationship with clients, it is important to prevent their health and that of their clients. This by adopting impeccable hygiene, in addition to washing and disinfecting hands.

What are the categories of hygienic gloves?

There are two categories of hygienic gloves, including: disposable gloves and reusable gloves. These gloves are subdivided into several types, depending on the material of manufacture.

For disposable gloves for example, there are pure latex gloves that have great elasticity and strength. For people allergic to latex, synthetic rubber gloves are available. There are also thermoplastic polymer gloves that are quite frail and not elastic, but inexpensive.

Reusable gloves, on the other hand, are usually rubber gloves.
