ONAIL nail drill bits: diamond and carbide, 3 mm shank, ready for your drill

ONAIL nail drill bits are designed to work hand in hand with the ONAIL Pro Max nail drill. Their 3 mm shank slots straight into the chuck: no adapter, no wobble, you swap bits in seconds and carry on with your work. The range covers the whole service, from cuticle prep to gel removal.

Diamond bits for precision around the cuticle

Built on a stainless steel body with a diamond coating, they come in two grits: fine (230-270) for delicate work close to the skin, and medium (170-220) for thicker cuticles and sidewall prep.

Slim and fat flames: lifting the cuticle and cleaning the nail fold
Cylinders, from the 1.4 mm mini to 2.3 mm: precise touch-ups around the nail

Carbide bits for fast, controlled removal

Cut from tungsten carbide with a cross-cut pattern and balanced to less than 5 mg, they remove gel, acrygel and gel polish without vibration. Pick the grit according to how much product you need to take off: extra coarse (3XC, XC) for heavy layers, coarse (C) for everyday removal, medium (M) for refining and shortening with more control. The 6-in-1 bit handles the surface, the sides and shortening without changing tools.

Where to start?

A slim flame, a ball and a flat-top cone are enough to prep most nails. Add a carbide removal bit as soon as you do gel or acrygel infills. The secret to a beautiful result: moderate speed, a bit that keeps moving and no pressure.

Care and accessories

After each client, clean, disinfect and then sterilise your bits in an autoclave: stainless steel and carbide handle it perfectly. The ONAIL stainless steel mandrel holds your sanding bands, and ONAIL adapters are available separately.
