What is the difference between a no-wipe and a wipe top coat?

A no-wipe top (like No Sticky) cures without a dispersion layer: the nail is glossy and dry straight out of the lamp, no cleanser needed. A wipe top (like Wow Glossy) needs a final wipe, but its tacky layer lets you attach glitter, foils and decorations before cleansing.
