How do I practice gel, resin or simply varnishing with the FLEXIFINGER flexible training hand?

Insert your nail tips along the nail bed and slide them under the cuticles to secure them.
Depending on the desired length, you can cut the nail tip.
To remove the nail tip, use a small pliers to be able to grasp it.
