From a distance, CE5 reads as a rich, elegant burgundy. Up close, or as soon as it passes under a light source, it reveals red reflections and a delicate shimmer that plays from several angles. This shifting depth gives nails a luxurious, on-trend look that goes as well with a little black dress as it does with a Christmas jumper. It is the shade for clients who find bright red too tame and black too extreme.

A dark shade, a controlled application

Its excellent coverage delivers dense, even colour in two thin coats. On such a dark shade, precision makes all the difference: draw a clean outline along the cuticles and side walls, and remove any excess immediately before curing. The fluid texture of CE5 helps keep coats even, which ensures uniform curing and lasting wear.

The Andreia protocol, step by step

Sanitise the hands with Alcohol Power Spray, prep the nail plate, remove the natural shine and cleanse with All In One Prep+Clean. Apply UltraBond Primer and let it act for 60 seconds in the open air. Apply a coat of Base Coat 2 in 1, cured for 60 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. Apply two coats of CE5, capping the free edge from the first coat, and cure each one. Finish with the cured Top Coat, then remove the dispersion layer with All In One Extra Glow. Adjust the times to the power of your lamp. Removal: All In One Remover.

When to offer it in the salon

CE5 is perfect from November to February, on short nails for a chic, graphic effect or on long shapes for a glamorous look. It pairs beautifully with CE6 for a dark gradient from one finger to the next, or with CE1 as an accent nail to soften the set. A limited-edition shade to showcase for every end-of-year party.
