Instructions for use:
1. Prepare your nails: clean, file, and care for the cuticles.
2. Apply the OPI GelColor base and cure under LED for 30 seconds.
3. Apply a thin first coat of Heart and Con-soul, then cure.
4. Repeat to intensify the color, cure a second time.
5. Apply the GelColor top coat, cure for 30 seconds.
6. Remove the dispersion layer and moisturize the cuticle area with cuticle oil.
