How to use:
1. Prepare the nail: file, push back cuticles, and clean.
2. Apply a coat of OPI GelColor Super Base, then cure for 30 seconds under an LED lamp.
3. Apply a thin first coat of Polly Want a Lacquer?, cure for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat with a second coat for intense color, cure again.
5. Finish with OPI GelColor Super Gloss top coat, cure for 30 seconds.
6. Clean the sticky layer with a cotton pad soaked in N.A.S. 99, then moisturize cuticles with a nourishing oil.
