A versatile rectangular pusher
Its rectangular shape with a rounded end and straight edge covers a good width of cuticle with each stroke. A slight bend helps it hug the plate, and its profile stays convenient in the sinus area, so you no longer need to juggle several tools.
A hatchet sharpened on both faces
The hatchet blade, hand-honed on both sides, removes skin growths attached to the plate for a perfectly clean surface.
