How to use

Frequently asked questions
Why is the top coat still tacky after curing?
There are two families of finish. Top coats with residue leave a dispersion layer, removed with cleanser and a lint-free wipe. No-wipe top coats need no final cleaning at all. In neither case is it a polymerisation fault.
Should the base be wiped too?
No. The dispersion layer on the base is precisely what bonds the enhancement or gel polish to the nail. Wiping it would compromise adhesion.
How long should I cure for?
Always follow the instructions of the gel or polish manufacturer. The lamp's manual states 30 seconds for a thin base or top coat. Curing for too short a time is the most common cause of incomplete polymerisation.
What is the 90-second mode for?
It raises power in stages, from 35% to 100%, for a gentler cure on thicker layers and for clients sensitive to heat.
Does the sensor work with the timer?
Yes. The infrared sensor starts the cure when the hand goes in and stops it when it comes out, while the screen counts down the selected time.
Precautions
