- Apply the base: Apply a UV LED base of your choice from PNB options (Scotch, Universal, HEMA Free, ExtraPro, or Revital Fiber Base), in a thin layer.
- Apply the colored gel: Spread the PNB 383 gel polish in one or two coats, curing each layer for 60 seconds under an LED or UV LED lamp.
- Finish with a top coat: For intense shine and increased protection, apply the PNB top coat and cure it as well.
