Installation and use

1. Switch off the power: turn off the relevant switch before installing and make sure no current is flowing, to avoid any risk of electric shock.
2. Check compatibility: the bulb has an E27 base and only fits standard E27 sockets. Never force it into a smaller E14 socket.
3. Screw in the bulb: hold it by the base of the heat sink, line it up with the socket thread and turn clockwise until it is firmly in place, without overtightening or forcing it.
4. Test it: switch the power back on. The bulb lights up instantly, with no delay or flicker.

Caution: make sure the voltage and current of your installation match the bulb's rated values (AC 175 to 240 V) so that it does not burn out. Also check that your light fitting has room for its 16 cm diameter.
