Pro tips

Soften the feet first in a warm bath. Work with the coarser grit, then the finer one, using steady strokes in one direction and no pressure: an abrasive at this level works fast. To smooth afterwards, follow up with a finer foot file. After use, wash it and carry out cold disinfection or sterilisation with a certified product.
