Application method
1. Prepare the nail by using a buffer to remove shine.
2. Apply the Dehydrator followed by the Bond Control PNB.
3. Apply a thin layer of PNB base (Universal or Scotch) and cure.
4. Apply 1 to 2 coats of Miss Blush depending on the desired intensity.
5. Before curing the 2nd coat, use a magnet to create the desired cat-eye effect.
6. Cure under LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.
7. Finish with the PNB Top Coat of your choice.
