A flat foot file can struggle to follow the curves of the foot. The BEAUTY & CARE 10 TYPE 2 solves that with a clever profile: one convex side and one concave side. The result is that every area (heel, outer edge, underside of the toes) is treated more evenly, without overworking one spot.

A profile that follows the foot

The concave side wraps around the curve of the heel, while the convex side glides easily under the arch and over flatter zones. The coarser 100 grit suits moderately thick skin and calluses; the softer 180 grit refines and polishes the skin. The large abrasive surface speeds things up, and the ergonomic handle gives a good grip, even with slightly damp hands.

How to use and care for it

On skin softened in a warm foot bath and then dried, start with the 100 side and finish with the 180 side, always in the same direction and without too much pressure. Clean the file after each session and disinfect it with a suitable household product (it is not designed for professional sterilisation). Keep it away from rain, sunlight and harsh chemicals.
