Who is it for?
It is perfect for regular foot maintenance between salon pedicures. The more abrasive 100 side reduces thickened skin on the heel and under the ball of the foot. The finer 180 side smooths and polishes for skin that feels soft to the touch. The natural alder body resists moisture, and the ergonomic handle sits comfortably in the hand throughout the treatment.

A three-step ritual
A warm foot bath to soften the skin, a quick pat dry, then the file: rough side first, gentle side next, with light strokes always in the same direction. Rinse and clean the file, then disinfect it with a suitable household product; it is not meant for professional sterilisation. Let it air-dry completely.
