Frame Gel HEYLOVE 02 Oxygen: the sky blue of the range

02 Oxygen is the only distinctly coloured shade among the thirteen Frame Gels. Where the range works through milkies, nudes and pinks, this one offers a sky blue that leaves the camouflage register entirely.

What a cool shade does on a yellowed nail

This is the technical reading of the colour and it is worth knowing. Blue and yellow neutralise each other: a cool base applied over a nail marked by previous sets optically softens the yellow dominant instead of underlining it, which is what a warm nude does. In a thin coat, this gel therefore corrects where the others mask.

The pump changes how you work

It equips the whole Frame Gel range and it is not a packaging detail. The brush never goes back into the jar, so the material does not thicken over successive openings and is not contaminated. The dose stays constant from one set to the next. And the jar does not tip over in transit, which matters if you work at clients' homes.

How to apply it

Buff the nail plate with a 180 grit file or a 100 grit buffer. Remove dust and degrease, paying attention under the cuticle and in the lateral sinuses. Apply a dehydrator and wait 30 seconds. Lay Rubber Base HEYLOVE with rubbing movements, level the surface and cure for 30 seconds. Press the pump to dispense the material, then apply the Frame Gel in an architectural layer or in an upper or lower form depending on the technique.

What neutral acidity means

The stated pH is between 6.7 and 7. On a damaged, thinned or sensitive nail this is a criterion that matters more than wear: a neutral material is less aggressive to the plate than an acidic formula, and lets you work on nails you would otherwise decline to build.

Removal is by filing

A point to state to the client before starting. This gel does not dissolve in solvent: removal goes through buffing. That is the price of its wear, and it means allowing the corresponding time at the next appointment.

Made in Ukraine by HEYLOVE, imported without intermediary by NC Beauty Pro, HEYLOVE distributor for France. Stated pigmentation of 60 to 100%, neutral odour. The manufacturer states a formula and CPNP certification. Contains HEMA, a recognised contact allergen.
