Frame Gel HEYLOVE Milky: the milky builder gel

Milky is the veiled version of Clear. A neutral milky white, taking no side on temperature, covering enough to even out the plate and discreet enough never to read as a laid-on colour.

Saturation depends on the technique used

This is information the brand documents and that few distributors pass on. The same gel does not give the same intensity depending on whether it serves for strengthening or for extension, because the thickness of material laid down is not the same. As a strengthening overlay, in a thin coat, the shade stays discreet and lets the natural nail show through. In extension on forms, the material thickens and the colour gains markedly in density. Announce it before you start: it is the first source of disappointment on tinted gels.

What the milky finish corrects

On a nail marked by white spots, uneven regrowth or a bed stained by an old dark polish, a transparent gel lets everything show. The milky one lays a veil that evens out without giving the impression a colour has been applied.

How to apply it

After filing and careful degreasing, the dehydrator dries for thirty seconds. The base goes on with rubbing motions, is levelled, then cures for 30 seconds. Dispense the material, apply the Frame Gel as an architectural layer or on forms, flash for 30 seconds per nail then one to two minutes with both hands together. Remove the sticky layer before any surface filing and the top coat.

Which clients it works for

Its neutrality makes it compatible with almost every skin tone, precisely because it leans neither warm nor cool. It is also a good answer to the client who asks for a strengthening overlay with no colour but finds the transparent too sheer.

In French and baby boomer

Its neutral brightness makes it a ground of choice for both services. In French, the white smile line stands out without harshness. In baby boomer it serves as a pale tip faded towards a deeper gel of the range.

This formula contains neither HEMA nor Di-HEMA, so it falls outside the European restriction that reserves those two substances for professional use.
