Gel Polish HEYLOVE Celebration - 15 ml

Gel Polish HEYLOVE Celebration: the raspberry red of the Basic collection

Celebration leans towards pink rather than orange. That cool cast clearly sets it apart from Danger and Alarm, and changes the clientele it suits.

A collection named like signage

On, Off, Stop, Alarm, Danger, Celebration: the names of the Basic range borrow from the vocabulary of signals and switches. It is amusing, but above all it means that none of these names describes a colour. As with the Pop Drinks collection, your product photos will have to show the applied swatch, not the bottle, or you will multiply misunderstandings at the time of ordering.

How to apply it

Dry the plate with pH Bond HEYLOVE, lay Ultra Bond HEYLOVE on the edge and let it set without the lamp. Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear needs 30 to 60 seconds. Shake, then apply Celebration in thin veils of one minute. Cool reds show up the ridges of the plate: levelling is settled before the colour, never after.

On which hands it shows best

It flatters cool skin tones, the ones where an orange red clashes and where the veins at the wrist appear bluish. On very tanned skin it stays attractive but loses some of its liveliness in favour of a more classic register.

When to suggest it

A spring and early summer shade, where its freshness accompanies pale clothing. It also works very well for festive occasions, where its raspberry side stands out at once from the classic reds everyone wears.

On which lengths

On short nails as on long, the result stays crisp and perfectly wearable day to day, which is not true of the deeper reds in the series.

What to pair it with

Silver decoration extends its cool cast, while gold creates an opposition that is harder to sustain. A fine white liner also reads very cleanly on this ground.
