Gel Polish or Tint Base: what changes

How to apply it

Cleanse and dehydrate the plate with pH Bond HEYLOVE. Apply Ultra Bond HEYLOVE to the free edge and let it air dry completely. Lay down a thin coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear and cure for 30 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp. Shake the bottle, then apply one or two coats of Amalfi Sun, 60 seconds each. Finish with a top coat.
