Tint Base HEYLOVE Teddy: the caramel brown of the Lifestyle collection

Teddy evokes the soft toy whose name it carries: a warm caramel brown, neither too light nor too dense, which colours the set frankly while staying comfortable to wear.

Light brown, brought back by fashion

Long considered dated, caramel browns have become a common request again, carried by the clothing trends of recent seasons. They also have an advantage rosy nudes do not: their warmth softens hands marked by cold, where a pink accentuates the redness by contrast.

How to apply it

Degrease the plate thoroughly with pH Bond HEYLOVE. Lay the acid-free primer Ultra Bond HEYLOVE on the free edge and wait for complete drying. Apply a coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear as a foundation and cure for 30 seconds. Then lay one or two coats of Tint Base, count 60 seconds of curing, then finish with the top coat.

What to pair it with

It forms a very legible gradient with Tint Base HEYLOVE Skin on the light side and Tint Base HEYLOVE Macadamia on the dark side, across a single hand. Gold decoration extends its warmth, while silver creates a cool opposition that breaks the coherence of the whole.

When to suggest it

From September to March mainly, where its earthy warmth accompanies autumn and winter wardrobes. It also works very well at the end of summer on tanned hands.

On which lengths

On short nails the result stays sober; on medium length the shade gains surface without becoming showy.

Which top to finish with

Gloss preserves the depth of the shade; a matte finish gives it a more contemporary look.

A neutral pH

A base with a pH close to neutral is used without attacking the plate, unlike acid primers.
