How to apply

The protocol does not change: buffing with a 100 grit file, degreasing with 96 per cent ethyl alcohol, dehydrator, Ultra Bond HEYLOVE, a thin coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear cured for 20 seconds, then Ultra Bond and base inside the tip, press without curing that base first, one minute under the lamp.

Reinforcement is compulsory

In this format, the tip alone is not enough. A coat of builder gel applied after gluing, thickened at the stress zone, determines how long it lasts. Without it, breakage happens within the week. Build that extra time into the price of the service, it is not optional.

What to announce

The realistic wear time is short, and it is better said than discovered. An XL is applied for an event, a wedding, a series of photographs. Offer a removal or shortening appointment for the following week from the outset: the client appreciates the honesty and you see the hand again before an accident happens.
