How to apply

Buffing with a 100 grit file, degreasing with ethyl alcohol at 96 per cent minimum, dehydrator, Ultra Bond HEYLOVE over the whole plate, a thin coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear cured for 20 seconds. Ultra Bond and base inside the tip, press without curing that base, one minute under the lamp.

Reinforcement is not optional

In this format the fine point and the extreme length combine: it is the most mechanically demanding combination in the whole range. A builder gel applied after gluing, with a clearly marked apex, is indispensable. Count that work into your price from the quotation stage.

The framework to set

Announce the realistic wear time and offer the removal. An XL set is planned for an occasion, not for a month. A forewarned client comes back satisfied; a client who discovers the constraint on the third day does not come back.

The fitting file work
