Smart Gel HEYLOVE Hail: the milky shade that catches cold light

Hail is built on a milky base through which cool blue-green and silver particles circulate. It is the most neutral of the five Cloudlight shades, the one closest to a classic milky while still holding a reflection.

What the Cloudlight collection brings

The five shades in this series are semi-transparent, which sets them apart from the opaque Smart Gels in the catalogue. Light passes through the material instead of stopping on it, and the shimmer sends back a glow that seems to come from inside the nail. On a thin application, the effect reads as a particularly healthy natural nail rather than a covered one.

How to apply it

Degrease the nail plate thoroughly with pH Bond HEYLOVE. Apply Ultra Bond HEYLOVE to the free edge and let it dry completely. Lay a coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE as a substrate, then build or reinforce with the Smart Gel. Cure for 60 seconds under a UV or LED lamp, then finish with a top coat.

What this consistency allows

The gel is liquid and self-levelling, which reduces filing to the strict minimum. It does not heat up during curing: on a client with thin or sensitive nails this is a concrete argument and she will notice it on the first hand. The medium elasticity suits extensions with upper or lower forms up to a medium length, reinforcement of natural nails, repairing a corner or correcting a short square.

Which clients

Fair, pink-toned skin, where the cool shimmer extends the freshness. On a hand reddened by cold, however, the blue-green sharpens the contrast: Smart Gel HEYLOVE Dew, with pink reflections, will be more flattering.
