Tint Base HEYLOVE Pecan: the hazel brown of the Nuts collection

Pecan is where the collection lands. A warm hazel brown, deep enough to read as a colour in its own right, yet keeping the neutrality of a dark nude. The silver shimmer is especially visible here: against a brown ground the particles stand out far more than on the pale shades of the series.

When to offer it

Brown comes back into demand the moment the light drops. It is an autumn and winter shade, at ease with darker clothing and on hands where a pale nude would look washed out. It also works year-round on deeper skin tones, where it extends the hand rather than cutting across it.

How to apply it

Dehydrate with pH Bond HEYLOVE, apply Ultra Bond HEYLOVE, then Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear cured for 30 seconds. Given its dense pigment, one coat of Pecan often reaches full opacity; add the second to even things out and cover the free edge. 60 seconds per coat.

What the elastic formula changes

The elastic texture of the Tint Base range follows the micro-flexions of the nail rather than resisting them. On hands under heavy daily use, that is the difference between a set that lasts four weeks and one that cracks at the stress point after ten days. On thin or bitten nails the argument becomes decisive.

How to show it off

A glossy top gives a polished-wood effect that deepens the brown. Top HEYLOVE Super Matte turns it into a velvety brown instead, almost textile, where the shimmer becomes a simple luminous grain. Two finishes from one bottle, and a useful thing to demonstrate in the chair. Many clients have no idea that a single shade can produce two entirely different manicures depending on the top coat you choose.
