Tint Base HEYLOVE Sand: the sand beige of the Awaking collection

Sand lives up to its name. A slightly rosy golden beige, warm, which evens the plate without ever giving the impression of a colour applied on top.

The shade to keep permanently

This is the one that will carry the collection's steady turnover. The neutral beige is the background request at the desk: clients with no fixed idea, those coming in for an infill, those whose profession rules out colour. It is also the bottle that empties first, precisely because it suits almost everyone. Plan for it in duplicate from the first order.

How to apply it

Degrease with pH Bond HEYLOVE, lay the acid-free primer Ultra Bond HEYLOVE on the free edge and let it dry completely. Apply a coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear as a foundation, cure for 30 seconds, then one or two coats of Tint Base to cure for 60 seconds in a UV or LED lamp before the top coat.

One coat is enough

That is the central argument of these tinted bases. The pigmentation is dense enough to cover the free edge in one pass, where an ordinary tinted base needs two. Over a day with seven or eight clients, the saving in time and material becomes real. A second coat remains possible if you want more density, but it is not necessary.

On which hands it shows best

Its warmth makes it flattering on golden and tanned skin tones, where it blends with a great deal of naturalness. On hands reddened by cold or wet work, it harmonises instead of contrasting, where a cool beige would underline the redness.

On which lengths

On short nails the result stays measured; on medium length the shade gains surface without becoming showy.

Which top to finish with

Gloss preserves the depth of the shade; a matte finish gives it a more contemporary look.
