Tint Base HEYLOVE Hazelnut: the rosy beige camouflage shade

Hazelnut holds the middle ground of the Nuts collection. A mid rosy beige, neither pale nor properly brown, carrying the silver shimmer shared across the range. What sets it apart is how closely it lands on the natural colour of a nail plate, and that changes what you use it for.

Why this is a camouflage shade

A base that mirrors the colour of the nail erases the border between regrowth and application. The manicure ages better as a result, and a client who stretches her appointments to four or five weeks will not see a hard line appear at the cuticle. That is precisely the goal in Russian manicure, where the cleanliness of the outline carries the whole result.

How to apply it

The usual routine: pH Bond HEYLOVE, Ultra Bond HEYLOVE, then Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear cured for 30 seconds. One or two coats of Hazelnut, 60 seconds each. On a badly damaged or ridged nail the second coat is essential to reach a genuinely even surface.

A neutral pH of 6.7

The whole Tint Base range is formulated at a neutral pH of 6.7. That is no footnote when you face a client reporting sensitive nails, tingling during application or discomfort after removal. A neutral formula does not attack keratin and allows extended wear without irritation, including on nails already weakened by successive sets.

Which skin tones it flatters

The pink it carries makes it flattering on cool-undertone hands, where a purely golden beige can turn sallow. On deeply tanned hands it stays attractive but loses its camouflage effect: switch to Tint Base HEYLOVE Pecan, which runs darker. Test the shade on a tip laid against the nail rather than describing it: the colour in the bottle always reads deeper than the finished result on the plate.
