Cat's Eye Gel Polish HEYLOVE Chiffon: the champagne of the Textile collection

Chiffon is a champagne beige with a golden reflection. In a HEYLOVE range largely dominated by silver effects, it is one of the rare references whose glow leans frankly towards gold, which changes its compatibility with jewellery and decoration entirely.

Gold or silver: a question of coherence

The detail seems minor, it is not. A client wearing gold jewellery will see her wedding band or her rings clash with a silver-reflection set, and the reverse is just as true. Asking the question before choosing the shade takes ten seconds and avoids a mismatch the client will feel without necessarily being able to explain it. Chiffon is the answer for hands in yellow gold.

How to apply it

After dehydrating with pH Bond HEYLOVE and applying Ultra Bond HEYLOVE, a coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear cured for 30 seconds prepares the support. Chiffon goes on in a thin veil, completed with a drop smoothed out with the brush. Count three to five seconds of magnet, then a minute of lamp. A second thin coat densifies the golden glow without thickening the set.

On which skin tones

Golden champagne works on every skin but does not produce the same effect everywhere. On fair skin it brings a discreet light with no marked contrast. On deeper or tanned skin it blends further in and gives an almost bare, very elegant result. In both cases it stays more flattering than a pure silver on hands with warm undertones.

For which occasions

Weddings, ceremonies and end-of-year parties, where champagne suits the protocol while staying luminous in photographs. Paired with silver decoration, however, it creates a warm-cool clash that is hard to sustain. It is the reference to keep in the display all year, since the effect works in every season.
