Tint Base HEYLOVE Dorblu: the sky blue of the Juicy collection

Dorblu is a pastel sky blue. Despite a name that evokes a blue-veined cheese, the shade has nothing greyed about it: it is a true blue, heavily lightened, in line with the luminous pastels that make up Juicy. The name raises a smile, the colour is one of the most classic in the collection.

Which hands it suits best

Blue is a cool colour, and it produces its finest contrast on fair skin, playing on a porcelain effect. On deeply tanned hands it remains attractive but changes register: it turns graphic rather than delicate. How to apply it

After pH Bond HEYLOVE and Ultra Bond HEYLOVE, lay down Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear and cure for 30 seconds, then one or two coats of Dorblu at 60 seconds each. On short nails a single well-spread coat is often enough to obtain a clean, even finish across the whole plate.

What the blue becomes in a matte finish

A matte top transforms this shade completely. Glossy sky blue evokes porcelain and freshness; the same blue matte turns powdery, almost chalky, and shifts into a far softer register. It is a simple way to offer two distinct services from a single bottle, without investing in an extra reference.

What works with it

White, without hesitation. Paired with Tint Base HEYLOVE Bride on one or two fingers, it gives a summer combination that is very much in demand. It also carries silver decoration well, extending its coolness, where gold would create a harder opposition.
