Water Drops Top HEYLOVE: the droplets form by themselves

This duo produces a raised dew effect over a finished set. The principle rests on a deliberate surface incompatibility: the second gel does not wet the first and retracts spontaneously into droplets. No sculpting, no precision brush.

That is what makes it interesting in a salon. Raised nail art usually demands brush control acquired over years. Here the gel does the work: you place it, the material gathers. The result is a design with real added value, chargeable as such, accessible from your first months in practice.

How to proceed

Apply step 1 over the finished design or colour and cure for sixty seconds. Then place a small quantity of step 2 and let the gel gather. Repeat the application if you want more droplets or larger ones. Sixty seconds under the lamp to finish.

The gesture that ruins the result

Do not touch the surface between the two steps, and do not wipe it. This is the only real difficulty with the product and it explains most failures. The greasy film left by a finger is enough to alter the surface tension: at that spot the step 2 gel spreads instead of retracting, and you get a puddle among the droplets. Take the hand out of the lamp and go straight on.

What the set is worth

Step 1 is a glossy top coat with no tacky layer, usable on its own as a standard finish. The set is therefore not just an effect product: of the two bottles, one enters daily use. That is an argument worth keeping in mind when comparing its price with a simple top coat.
