BB Top HEYLOVE First Kiss: the BB cream principle applied to nails

First Kiss is a milky pale pink, the lightest of the four BB Tops. Its role is not to colour but to correct: it removes differences in tone from one nail to the next while letting the plate show through.

What BB means here

The principle is borrowed from make-up and it transfers exactly. A BB cream does not mask the skin the way a foundation does, it evens out the tone while letting the material show through. These top coats do the same on the nail: the natural smile line and the pink of the plate continue to be visible, but white marks, yellowed areas and differences between fingers disappear. The result reads as a beautiful natural nail, not as a painted one.

How to apply it

A thin coat from cuticle to free edge, sixty seconds under the lamp. A second coat densifies the effect if the plate is very uneven, but keep it light: beyond two coats the result tips towards that of a pink polish and loses the whole point of the approach.
