Nail Brushes Set HEYLOVE: five brushes, five functions

This set gathers the five brush shapes that cover almost every gesture in the salon, from the one millimetre line to levelling a build. Synthetic bristles on all five.

What each one does

Thin Seven draws ultra-fine lines, delicate details and french. Thin Eleven has elongated bristles that let you pull long, perfectly even lines, which the Seven cannot do across the whole length of a nail. Wide Angle is the universal brush, for gel, gel polish and laying a base coat. Ombre has a cascade bristle arrangement, designed to blend colours and create fades. Wide Round is used for modelling gel and levelling.

Why two fine brushes

The question comes up at purchase and the answer is mechanical. A short-bristled brush is controlled very precisely but exhausts its load within a centimetre: on a long line you have to reload, and the join shows. A long-bristled brush holds more material and pulls the line in a single movement, but it obeys less well on a detail. They are two different tools, not two variants of the same one.

Maintenance determines the lifespan

This is where the profitability of a set is decided. A design brush is lost through its bristles, not its handle: cured gel trapped deep in the fibre stiffens the tip and no cleaning brings it back. Store away from light

Ambient light slowly cures the residue left in the bristles. A brush left on the station between two clients deteriorates faster than the same brush stored in a case, even cleaned. It is a detail nobody mentions and it doubles the service life.
