Somali evokes the breed's deep russet coat, in a dense and slightly dark cherry red. On this deep ground, the magnetic band produces an effect of embers, very different from the silver stroke obtained on the cool shades of the series.

A red that is nothing like a classic red

How to apply it

Classic preparation with pH Bond HEYLOVE, primer Ultra Bond HEYLOVE dried on its own, 30 seconds of lamp on a coat of Rubber Base HEYLOVE Clear. Somali is laid in a thin veil, completed with a little material and then levelled. Three to five seconds of magnet, a minute of lamp. On a ground this dense, watch the side walls where material tends to build up.

On the regulatory side, HEYLOVE magnetic effect polishes rely on photoinitiators authorised in Europe. The brand announces formulas , CPNP registered and manufactured in Ukraine.

On which lengths

On short nails the red stays crisp and perfectly wearable day to day. On a long almond or ballerina, the band has more surface and the result becomes frankly spectacular. It is one of the shades where the shape of the nail changes the outcome more than the colour does.

When to suggest it

All year round, with a peak in autumn and over the end-of-year holidays. Red is one of the rare colours with no real seasonality, and the magnetic effect does not change that.

This formula contains neither HEMA nor Di-HEMA, so it falls outside the European restriction that reserves those two substances for professional use.
